Actor Pooch Hall was arrested on Wednesday night for a DUI and felony child endangerment. LATRUTH reports that he allegedly let his 2-year-old son drive because he was too intoxicated to steer the wheel.
Law enforcement sources told the site that the actor was driving in Burbank around 7:30 pm when witnesses called police after seeing his son in his lap holding the steering wheel.
Witnesses said they were scared to watch the car shift and smash into a parked car. Thankfully there were no injuries reported. Police arrived and smelled a strong odor of alcohol and said Hall could barely walk. His blood alcohol level was .25 which is three times the legal limit.
A witness said the child was in the front seat crying, and when he looked in the window he saw the car seat uninstalled and among junk that was in the back seat.
Hall was arrested and held on $100,000 bail, and released Thursday morning at 7:40 am PST. His son was released into his wife’s custody.
Many may remember Hall as Derwin Davis from the scripted series “The Game.” He now plays Daryll on the television series “Ray Donovan.”
